Legal information
Report content
Updated on 13 September 2026
Translation provided for information only; only the French version is authoritative.
We host the websites we build, and their content is the responsibility of the publisher named on each of them. If one of these websites carries content that you consider illegal, this page is where to tell us.
Send a report from your email app, or write directly to contact@nolitana.com with the four items below.
What your report must contain
These four items are those of Article 16 of the European Digital Services Act. A report that includes them allows us to decide; a report that includes none of them allows us nothing, and we will have to ask you for them again.
- The exact address of the page or item concerned. Not the name of the business, the full address.
- What is illegal, and why, explained precisely enough for us to understand it without being lawyers.
- Your name and email address, so that we can reply to you. They are not required when the report concerns an offence relating to the sexual exploitation of minors.
- A declaration of good faith that what you tell us is accurate.
What we do with it
- We acknowledge receipt without delay, provided your report includes an email address.
- We notify the publisher of the website concerned and give them 48 hours to explain, unless informing them would compromise an investigation or worsen the harm.
- We decide, and we notify you of this reasoned decision, with the means to challenge it.
- We remove or disable access to manifestly illegal content. Content whose illegality would require legal analysis is not manifestly illegal, and we do not remove it as a precaution: that would be censoring its publisher on your behalf.
No automated tool is involved. A person reads, decides and replies to you.
If you publish the website from which content is removed
We tell you what has been restricted, on what grounds, for how long, and how to challenge it: this is what Article 17 of the same regulation provides for. A reply by email is enough to open a review, and that review is carried out by a person.
What does not go through here
- An order from a judicial authority is not a report. It is dealt with without delay, at the same address.
- An error on this website, a wrong price or a project cited wrongly, can simply be reported to contact@nolitana.com.
- A commercial dispute with a business is settled with that business. We host its website; we are not a party to what it sells.
