Nolitana is the trading name under which Amaury Poltavtseef operates as a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle). A sole proprietorship has neither a company name nor share capital: it is a person, and that person is answerable for this website.

No intra-community VAT number is published because none has been assigned to us to date. Business directories display one for our SIREN number, but they calculate it instead of looking it up, and the European Commission’s VIES service says that it is not valid.

We host the websites we build

The websites we produce run on our servers in France, on behalf of the business each one serves. We are therefore a host within the meaning of the French law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy and of the European Digital Services Act.

In practical terms: we do not monitor what is published on these websites and we are not required to, but we remove manifestly illegal content as soon as we become aware of it.

The text, the visual identity and the code of this website belong to Nolitana. A business that no longer wishes to appear here writes to us and is removed within 30 days.

For the websites we produce, the division of ownership is set out in the subscription terms: the domain name, the text and the photographs belong to the client, and the code of the base from which the website is built remains with Nolitana.

The prices, timescales and services described on this website are given for information and bind Nolitana from the signature of a subscription contract. Links to the websites we host lead to content that is the responsibility of the publisher named in their own legal notice. Other links lead to third-party websites, for which we are not responsible.
