The rule, in full

This is the rule you accept when you sign up. It is the same for everyone, whether or not you are a Nolitana client, with one exception: only a client gives the business they bring its first month free.

Who can sign up

Any adult, and any business. Signing up is free, commits you to nothing, and stops whenever you like: an email to contact@nolitana.com is enough. Outside France, your company registration number stands in for the SIREN number.

What counts as a business you brought

• It writes to us through your link, or gives your code in its request, when you were already signed up.
• It was not already a client, and we had not been in discussion with it in the previous 6 months.
• It is not your own business: not you, not a company you run or own, not your employer.

A business is brought by one person only: the one whose code it gave first. There is one level only: what a business you brought brings in turn earns you nothing.

What the business gets

If you are a Nolitana client yourself, its first month of subscription is free: you need a current subscription with us on the day it signs. That is the only discount you may announce, and we are the ones who grant it. If it pays for the year in advance, it pays nothing for the first month, then pays its year. If you are not a client, it pays from the first month, and what you earn is worked out the same way.

What you earn, with a SIREN number

A percentage of what each business you brought pays us, month after month, starting from its first paid instalment:

• during its first 12 months: 5% if 1 business you brought paid us something that month, 10% if there are 2, 15% for 3, 20% from 4;
• during the following 24 months: 5%;
• after that, this business earns you nothing more.

The percentage is worked out again each month. It counts all your businesses that paid that month, even those brought more than three years ago. It applies to what the business actually paid us, refunds deducted: its free month, which it does not pay, does not count.

What you earn, without a SIREN number

A reward of €89 per business brought, once only, when it has paid 3 monthly instalments, or a year in advance. 2 rewards per calendar year at most: beyond that, recommending for money becomes a business activity, and a business activity has to be registered.

The day you have a SIREN number, write to tell us: what your businesses pay from that day on earns you the percentage. What happened before is not recalculated, and a number once declared cannot be withdrawn.

When and how you are paid

By bank transfer, every month, as soon as what you are owed reaches €50. Below that, the sum waits for the following month, and the balance for the year is paid to you in January, whatever its amount. Before your first payment, we write to ask where to pay you.

Each payment comes with its statement: the businesses, what they paid, and the calculation. If you have a SIREN number, you authorise us to issue your invoices on your behalf and in your name, from that statement: you receive each one, and you have 30 days to dispute it. You remain responsible for your own invoicing and tax obligations.

The percentages and the reward are amounts inclusive of all taxes: Nolitana comes under the French VAT exemption for small businesses, and recovers no tax.

Your taxes

What you earn is income: it is for you to declare it, and we withhold nothing from it. Where the law requires it, we report to the tax authorities what we have paid you.

What you say, and what you do not do

• The prices are those on the Pricing page. You announce no other price, no discount and no deadline that is not written there, and you promise neither first place on Google nor a number of customers.
• You say that we pay you, whenever you are asked, and always when you recommend us online: a post carries the words “Advertisement” or “Paid partnership”.
• You do not sell. You negotiate nothing, you get nothing signed, you collect no money, and you do not present yourself as part of Nolitana.
• You pass on nobody’s contact details without their agreement, and you respect a refusal from the first one.
• If you are an employee, you do not recommend us to your employer’s customers while you are at work, unless your employer agrees in writing.

What you are

You recommend freely, in your own name: no target, no territory, no exclusivity. You are neither our employee nor our commercial agent, and no compensation is due when your sign-up ends.

If the rule changes, or stops

We write it on this page and we tell you by email, one month beforehand. What you are owed remains due, and a business already brought keeps earning you at the same rates until the end of its 36 months.

If you do not respect this rule, we end your sign-up without notice: what was not yet owed to you no longer is. This rule is governed by French law.

Your data

We keep your name, your email, your phone number if you leave it, your town, your country, your business number, the businesses you brought and what we have paid you, then, from your first payment, your address, the account to pay you into, your statements and your invoices. For as long as you are signed up, then 5 years, and 10 years for accounting documents. The details and your rights: our privacy policy.
